About Sébastien
During my time abroad, I had the pleasure of working as a teacher’s assistant at Beijing Language and Culture University, as well as a teacher at Alliance Française de Pékin.
More recently, I’ve enrolled as a mandarin tutor at Université de Montréal for A1-A2 level students.
A true language enthusiast, I have just completed a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in East-Asian studies (China focus) and a minor in translation (English to French).
So yes, I’m sure I can find a way to help you tackle those pesky French grammar exceptions!

Perfect! We do conversation sessions and discuss a book together. Sébastien helps correct my errors, suggests better ways of expressing myself and explains the trickier points thoroughly . As a tutor he very is patient and easy to talk to. I especially like how he is passionate about languages.

Sébastien is an absolute pleasure to work with. Kind, patient, and engaging, he has a true passion for not just the French language—but, more specifically, making it accessible to others.
