About Julia
During Covid, when schools were on lockdown and contact hours with teachers decreased, I was required to learn my A-Level syllabus by myself over the course of 2 years. It required a lot of effort and motivation, understanding of my own study method as I experimented with different approaches to absorbing information. During that time, I wished there was someone to help me understand certain topics I had a problem with as it would have been more engaging and interactive than listening to a YouTube video or reading an explanation online.

Perfect! Julia is amazing. She has tutored both of our daughters over the last year, the eldest has just finished her GCSE’s gaining a 9 in Math, vastly helped by Julia’s tuition. Julia is a fantastic tutor, she comes well prepared for every lesson, understands which areas require work for each individual and is clear and patient when explaining everything.
