About Ellen
I am a current PhD student in Chemistry so the perception and development on the sciences is hugely important to me. I think STEM can be put into a bit of a robotic box and I like to help students see it as more than that (especially because it is easier to do well that way!) I have previously experience tutoring both school students and undergrads and am happy to go through which ever level of difficulty the student requires while still pushing them to their best potential.

I like to start each lesson with the basics and explain to students why we use the methods we use to solve scientific and mathematical problems. I believe that even the most complex topic becomes simple if you think about it the right way. I will also help with good exam technique and general learning techniques
