About Siwei
I am a current first-year physics student at the University of Oxford. Having been through the application process and also still in a studying environment which consolidated and develops my knowledge in the subject I offer to tutor, I would love the opportunity to influence and guide others in the subject areas that I am passionate in. I have previously been involved in mentoring volunteering programmes at school and developed an interest in teaching.

I will most likely be tutoring students who are studying at the GCSE or A-level level. If structured lessons are required, I am confident in preparing lessons by topic (if there is a specific syllabus of course we can use that as a base). Also to answer any questions on the topic the tutee has already covered and review / help with work. With the aim to improve test results and/or prepare for the next stage in their academic careers.

Siwei’s lessons were flexible and tailored to what questions and topics I wanted to cover. Her lessons were really well planned and she continually checked I understood the concept before moving on.
