I believe in understanding rather than mere memorisation and my teaching is geared more towards making the topic/concept clearly understood by the pupil. I try my best and use resources in the most efficient way to make sure there is a clear and deep understanding of the topic and making sure the student feels comfortable in the subject before moving on to the next one.
The focus is on the student, what he/she wants to achieve, what are they struggling with and the best way of approach for them to understand the topic.
