About Darshinee
I was born in Mauritius and moved to Perth when I was 10. I speak Creole, which is broken French. I studied French throughout my school journey, so I can help you with your vocabulary, accent and written expression. I am a Physiology student and taking a break from my studies this year to work part-time in a diagnostic laboratory. I have done private tutoring in French, Chemistry and Physics. I have also travelled rurally to teach school students 3 times in the past 2 years. Teaching is a satisfying and rewarding experience for me. I find I have the patience and understanding needed and my students always seem to be happy with my teaching methods.

My teaching methods depends on the student and their level of French. For younger students I tend to use a visual approach eg. diagrams, pictures, videos whereas with older students it varies from oral to written. I also like to ask my students questions to get them thinking and reinforce what they have learnt.
