About Talia
Hi, I’m Talia, and I am the founder and lead artist of Minimal Muse Art. My journey in the creative world has been driven by a lifelong natural gift for the arts, which I have channeled into building a professional art business. Rather than following a traditional degree path, I have built my expertise through years of dedicated practice, successful commissions, and the day-to-day reality of running a creative brand.
At Minimal Muse Art, I focus on the intersection of simplicity and elegance—a philosophy I bring into my teaching. I believe that artistic ability is often a hidden talent waiting for the right guidance. Because I am a self-taught professional, I specialize in breaking down complex techniques in drawing, painting, and calligraphy into accessible, practical steps that anyone can master, regardless of their starting point.
My goal as a tutor is to provide you with the same professional-grade techniques I use for my own business clients. I offer a supportive, inspiring environment where we focus on your personal growth, helping you develop the confidence and technical skill to create work that is truly 'muse-worthy.

A Tailored Journey from Raw Talent to Professional Results
My lessons are designed for anyone who wants to bypass the rigid, overly-academic approach and dive straight into the joy of creating. As a self-taught artist and business owner, I focus on the practical 'secrets' that make art look professional.
What we will cover together:
Drawing: Mastering proportions, light, and shadow to create realistic depth.
Painting: Exploring color theory and brushwork techniques that bring life to your canvas.
Calligraphy: Learning the foundations of elegant strokes, from modern script to traditional foundations.
My Teaching Style:
I believe art is a form of therapy and expression. My sessions are relaxed, encouraging, and entirely student-led. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your style for your own business or commissions, I tailor my feedback to your specific goals.
You won’t just learn how to use a brush; you’ll learn how to see the world through an artist’s eyes.
