About Shreya

As a published author and dedicated educator, I approach English with both depth and discipline. I believe that when a student chooses a tutor, they are placing trust in that person, and I take that responsibility seriously. My teaching is built on clarity, structure, and long-term mastery rather than quick fixes. I have a strong command of grammar, writing, literature, and communication, and I focus on helping students truly understand concepts so they can apply them confidently in real life.

While my lessons are engaging and interactive, I maintain high standards when it comes to consistency, revision, and practice, because meaningful progress requires commitment. I value quality over quantity and would rather ensure you fully grasp one concept than rush through many without depth.

As a lifelong learner who continues to study languages myself, I understand the challenges students face, which makes me patient, adaptable, and attentive to individual learning styles.

My goal is not simply to teach English, but to help you develop confidence, precision, and independence in your communication.

If you are serious about improving and willing to invest in your growth, you will find a structured, supportive, and professional learning environment here.

As a tutor, I believe English is not difficult, it is layered. And when built the right way, anyone can master it. Whether you are starting from absolute zero or refining advanced skills, we begin with strong foundations and grow step by step.

My teaching philosophy is simple: simplify first, strengthen second, sustain forever.

I do not believe in rigid, conventional teaching. Learning should be engaging, memorable, and enjoyable. When students are relaxed and having fun, they understand faster and retain longer. That is why my approach works in layers. I simplify the concept completely, explain the rule clearly and logically, reinforce it with multiple examples, and then encourage you to apply it in real-life conversation and writing. And we revise consistently, so the learning becomes permanent.

Some rules require repetition and memorization, and I embrace that honestly. Certain concepts must be ingrained so deeply that they become automatic. For example, understanding why we never use the second form of a verb with “did” should become second nature, and in my classes, it does. I do not just teach rules. I make them stay.

What sets me apart is that I am not only a tutor, but also a published author and a lifelong learner. Because I write, I understand the power of expression. Because I am currently learning French, I understand the vulnerability of being a student. Language learning is layered. Confidence is built gradually. And I guide you through each layer patiently and clearly.

With me, you can strengthen grammar, improve spoken English, refine writing skills, explore creative writing, analyze poetry, discuss novels, and develop confident communication. My lessons are interactive, structured, and genuinely enjoyable. Students do not just study, they participate.

My classes are open to complete beginners, students who lack confidence, teenagers preparing academically, working professionals refining communication, and adults returning to learning. I can teach someone who is sixteen, and I can teach someone who is sixty. If you are willing to learn, I am willing to teach.

English is not about perfection. It is about clarity, confidence, and consistency. And together, we build all three.
