About Les
I haven’t been a teacher all my life. I was in radio for 20 years and casinos for 28. My favorite part of casino work was teaching guests how to play games. But I did teach at colleges for about six years and a little at a private high school. I’ve tutored off and on for longer than I can remember. My high school French teacher, for example, would have me pull other students out of study hall to tutor them, yes, for free. Even now I answer boatloads of questions, especially concerning grammar, on the website Quora. My motto has been, “I can teach almost anybody almost anything that I know.”

Success is really moving from one level to a higher one. We all start or restart at different spots. I‘ve taught and tutored various ages and subjects. Heck, if you want to know a little about astrology, oldies music, or humor, I won’t tell—anybody but you! I expect, though, most will want math or grammar.
