About Paola
I am from Barcelona, with French-Spanish nationality. Throughout my professional career I have gained experience in different areas such as Design and Communication in Europe, Australia and Vietnam. My people-oriented approach and passion for wellbeing have been key to my personal and professional journey.
In 2024 I decided to pursue my career in the field of Wellness. Therefore, I graduated from the YTT200 in India. Movement as therapy, but also nutrition as a way to honour and care for body and mind, are part of an initiative that I wish to fully embrace.

Sessions from 45min to 1h30 in which we address aspects of the yogic philosophy, which accompany us in the exploration of our body through the practice of postures. My intention is for you to challenge yourself and connect deeply with your body and soul. Sessions inspired by Vinyasa and Ashtanga, creative, strong and dynamic, I also offer slower paced sessions such as Slow Flow and Yin.
Depending on the class, I also include breathing work and meditation. I will always offer modifications so that everyone can enjoy the class to the fullest. Suitable for all levels!
