About Tonalli
Hi, I'm Tonalli!
I am an international student at Long Island University Post Campus, and I would love to help you go from seeing math as a daunting challenge to a simpler, more achievable goal.
As a middle school student, I started learning languages, but I found them a little confusing. The textbook and notes method did not quite work for me, so I started looking online for other methods and trying to work with tutors, until I finally met one that adapted to my needs.
Thanks to this, I was able to move to the United States for college, and even start learning a third language!
During my tutoring with you, I will always do my very best to help you move towards your goals while also keeping the classroom fun and dynamic so you do not get bored!

In my Spanish lessons, we will mainly use original material based on your reason to learn Spanish, we will work dynamically, trying to use activities, conversation, and real-life situations to make your learning experience the best possible.
As a language learner myself, I know the traditional textbook and notes method is not always the best for everyone. I will do my absolute best to adapt to your learning style and needs.
It doesn't matter if you are an absolute beginner, need help with a class or want to boost your listening and speaking with a native speaker, I will help you get where you want to get!
