I am a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher, specializing in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga. My training journey took me to Thailand and Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—where I studied traditional practices, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy with experienced teachers.
