Hi, I’m Manglemba Keisham, a passionate boxing and fitness coach with 8 years of boxing experience. I help people improve their fitness, build confidence, lose fat, and develop real boxing skills through personalized online coaching and transformation programs.
My goal is to help clients become stronger physically and mentally with structured training, discipline, and fighter-style conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or looking to level up your fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
