I have been teaching eighth and ninth grade for the last five years. I am passionate about writing, word origin, and understanding how to answer difficult test questions.I am described by my peers as someone who understands kids, is extremely patient, and always joyful.

I utilize methodology to fit the student. One must enjoy what they read. It is important to find something interesting to the student to work with. I utilize several online tools as well as frequent writing assignments. Mnemonic devices to remember steps are one of my favorite tools for writing and comprehension.
