About Theo
I'm Theo, I'm 30 and I love making a change in people's lives. I know how hard it can be to get going again after a long time off, or coming back from an injury. When I was 17, I had major reconstructive back surgery, which due to complications, led me to thinking for a short time that I may never move the same again. Fast forward to today and I am the fittest I have ever been and am stronger than ever and I can do things I never even dreamed of pre-surgery. So trust me when I say, the first step is always the hardest but it feels so great to get back to the top of your game and achieve goals that at one time may not have seemed possible.
I know that your life isn't going to suddenly be all chicken and broccoli and workouts. And it shouldn't! Mine certainly isn't. Life is for having that burger or drink but knowing you have a routine in place that allows for fun and doesn't stop you living your life. Balance is key and my training is about finding what works for YOU, and will continue to work for you even on the days I'm not there!

Hi! My name is Theo, and I’m a PT with over 8 years’ experience. In that time, I've helped many clients achieve their goals - be it losing weight, building muscle, ante and postnatal training, or just getting back into a routine.
I’m mobile, which means I come to you! Whether that's at your home, in your garden, or at a park, I'll have all the equipment we need on hand. I cover Bucks and Herts, but please reach out as I may be able to come to you as I have clients all over (inc London). Alternatively, I also offer online training* for those who find it more convenient, or would like to keep up their fitness routine even when away.
If you're feeling unfit or nursing an injury, regular exercise can be a daunting prospect. Having undergone reconstructive back surgery and almost a year of physical rehabilitation when I was 17, I know how difficult it can be to start again. The first step is always the hardest, but it can feel amazing to get back to the top of your game, and even achieve goals that once may not have seemed possible!
