About Eugenio
Throughout my teens and early 20s I yearned for answers to life's big questions. Why am I here? What is life about? I sought to find happiness and peace by pursuing the perfect relationship, a career in music, and devoting time to my passion for Aikido, a Japanese martial art. As I began to achieve many of my life goals, I felt more and more miserable as I realised they were not fulfilling the promises they made in my mind. I began to feel more anxious and depressed as the days, weeks and months rolled by. Life felt like a treadmill, I was tired, running as fast as I could and getting nowhere. In 2011, the death of a loved one caused an intense search for an end to my suffering and 4 months later a moment of awakening changed my life forever. I found what I was looking for. Over the last 13 years I have spent many hours deepening my understanding. I no longer live with habitual anxiety and have found a peace that is unmoved by the waves of mind and emotion.

Through a one to one talk, I will help guide you to perceive from beyond your mind and emotions, pointing to a pure place within that is free from the trials and tribulations of life. Over the last 13 years I have spent thousands of hours in meditation and have attended countless talks and retreats. I have experience teaching 1-1 as well as group sessions.
