About Shante
I have over 15 years as a special education teacher in both elementary and middle school. I have a passion to support struggling students and build confidence they need to be successful in the classroom. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of your child working with a caring and patient teacher.
I have a deep understanding of the common core standards and how to build proficiency.

During one on one tutoring sessions I can support your child with the learning using assessment and building a personalized plan based on their need utilizing common core standards.
Additionally, I can create online activities and resources for your child to use in between sessions. I offer my clients access to 1 free 15 minute zoom session per week to check in on progress made in between sessions and or support with homework help!
