About Roufiat

To ensure my students fully understand I employ a three step plan.
1. Explanation- I explain the topic in question in depth and detail (tailoring to the students needs )
2. Retrieval- I create a quiz or small test to ensure the student can recall and understands the topic independently.
3. Consolidation- We go over the quiz/test and focus on weak areas.
