About Michelle

Hi, I'm Michelle

I'm the owner of Inner You Studio, an online and in-person coach, powerlifter, and someone who genuinely loves helping women discover what they're capable of.

Over the last 8 years, I've coached hundreds of women through fat loss, strength goals, muscle gain, confidence building, and their first experiences in the gym. My coaching philosophy is simple: create an environment where women feel supported, educated, challenged, and empowered.

As a competitive powerlifter, I know firsthand what it takes to pursue big goals, work through setbacks, and trust the process. I bring those same lessons into my coaching - helping clients celebrate every win, from their first push-up to their first 100kg deadlift.

Whether you're a complete beginner who feels intimidated by the gym or an experienced lifter wanting to take your training to the next level, my goal is to help you become stronger, more confident, and more capable than you ever thought possible.
