About Aylin
I have been doing Yin Yoga and breathing exercises for two years and I have been practicing these exercises for 1 month in practical lessons as part of my instructor training. I currently have two group classes where I teach and I have 12 students in total. If you want a reference, I can direct one of these students.

I mainly work on sleep yoga for stress and anxiety reduction and relaxation. First of all, I apply a few breathing exercises and then a breathing technique. Then I continue with a pleasant Yin flow. My lessons take an average of 65 70 minutes and are suitable for anyone over the age of 18.
