About Alex
I am an Vice President at an investment fund based in central London. I did both my undergraduate studies and MBA in the USA. For my Undergraduate degree, I was admitted to most of the top universities including some of the Ivy League schools ((concealed information) However, due to financial reasons, I decided to go to Northeastern University on a full academic scholarship. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in record time, I took a job in venture capital after which I went to Yale University for my MBA where I also received a scholarship.

It took me personally a while to understand what is required to get into a top university in the US. I found most information on the internet misleading or incomplete. For that reason my goal is develop a comprehensive plan to make sure you have an application that will stand out. Only after leaving in the USA for 3 years, I fully understood what recruiters are looking for, and, when I applied to business school, every single school I applied for invited me at least for an interview.
We will spend time focusing on:

3. Tailoring your background for each school
4. Choosing the right extracurricular activities
5. Finding the right people to write your recommendation letters
