About Benjamin
I’m an educator with nearly 25 years of experience, including more than 15 years as an elementary classroom teacher and currently serving as a school principal. I’ve spent my career helping students grow academically and personally, building confidence, motivation, and a love of learning along the way. Outside of school, I coach my son’s baseball and basketball teams, which keeps me connected to kids as learners, teammates, and individuals. When I’m not working or coaching, you’ll usually find me watching or playing sports or relaxing with a good book—interests that help me connect easily with students and keep learning fun and relatable.
