About Yundi
I have been teaching Mandarin for 2 years now in language school and private tutoring with students of all ages and cultural backgrounds, private and in groups. Seeing my students grow over time makes me proud! My upbringing is surrounded by language learning. I was in a foreign language school, being in AU for 7 years, I speak fluent English and I also have a B1 level of German. But most importantly, I am a language enthusiast who wants to share the world about my mother tongue Mandarin. I believe in "use the language." Therefore, I incorporate lots of real-life Mandarin language materials into my classes but also follow the HSK textbook and guidelines to combine the practical with grammar and theories. I focus a lot on listening since it's the starting point of imitating the sounds, pronunciation, and feel of the language.
