About Penelope
"Moving from AutoCAD to Revit was a pivot point in my own professional development. I focus on students who need to master BIM fundamentals, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings.
My work covers MEP systems, rendering, and complex phasing. I support learners as they handle linked models and coordination. I am ready to guide you through families, parameters, and sheets."

"Clean linework emerges on the digital canvas as we build a real model together. I guide you through the process of taking a project from the initial concept phase to a completed drawing set. My background as an architect allows me to emphasize standards and coordination over empty clicking. We explore viewports and revisions while keeping the final output in mind.
This is about building a project that mirrors actual industry requirements. You learn to manage the data behind every element. My instruction remains methodical and calm. We focus on the quality of your documentation."
