I am a pole dance enthusiast that is deeply empowered by this dance/sport. I have teaching experience across Hong Kong and Toronto! I can teach in English/Cantonese/Mandarin! A regular lesson looks like: warmup/stretch: 15 mins Teaching: 40 mins Re-cap/cool down: 5 mins In the lesson, you can make the learning choreo-based (more fun, less workout intense) or tricks based (more technical learning of tricks on the pole, but definitely more intense). Your choice!

I feel safe and supported in Bonnie’s class. She always keeping an eye on everyone, motivating us and explaining in detail what muscles and grips we use for each pole tricks. Also, she can quickly identify why I might struggle with certain move and help me to improve. I love her teaching style and choreography. I can really feel the emotion in it. I feel lucky I started my pole journey with Bonnie as my first instructor. Whether you’re the beginner or looking to refine your skills, she is a perfect instructor to help you!!!
She spots us well. She gives tips patiently. I feel safe to do tricks by her side.
