Yog Sadhana is private yoga therapy, fully online. Classical sadhana — practice, breath, awareness — adapted for real bodies and real stress. One-to-one or small group. Gentle Hatha, pranayama, meditation, and therapeutic modifications. No commute. No performance. Beginners through seniors welcome.
