About Lakita
Hey there !
Im Lakita, I have been practicing yoga for the past 3 years. I am a citified instructor that has done some further study into the physiology, history and anatomy of the practice. Upaya is the organization i am citified with but i am also registered with yoga alliance. I am Australian born and Bali raised from a young age, giving me the exposure to very interesting and exciting knowledge i wish to share with all my students. I have given private and group lesson both with my own recruitment and at company owed studios. I have worked at a Yoga retried called Oasis Canggu Bali and have given classes on the beaches of the Gilli Islands. I cant wait to teach you !

I like to mix up the styles I teach depending on what my students want. I am able to teach the following and more ;
Yin = This practice is to deepen the flexibly and promote circulation by holding a relaxing position.
Hatha = The chance to explore our bodies with a series of asanas (positions). Can be based on a function of the body, an emotion or an element.
Ashtanga = An intense series of asanas ( positions) at a fast pace helping you to exile toxins and clear the mind.
Nidra = A meditation yoga digested to enter the subconsciousness whiles staying at the brink of sleep and awareness.
