About Lizzy
Once again, we are a class of excellence and I strive to teach in a way based upon the feedback my clients strive off of. I’m very supportive and attentive to the needs of all. All I ask is that each and every one of you have the proper support blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, etc. as needed and even if you aren’t the most flexible, don’t worry. We can make adjustments as needed. We offer private or group lessons. If there is a technique or asana you are struggling on in your yoga classes do feel free to ask me, and let’s have fun and enjoy our sessions!

My lessons will begin with early morning meditationals, sometimes with soothing beats, or melodies to promote a balanced state of consciousness, and sometimes pranayama, khapalabati, and bhastrika, nadi shodhana, and ujjayi (breathe of fire) type breathing exercises. Our next class will either be “Hatha”, which is a faster paced yoga, that will help to engage your inner and outer muscles, and help you feel at ease with each intricate movement or we have a “Yin Yoga” course you may participate in. This course is slower paced, and has a gentle flow, with which we will be more focused on the stretching and alignment of our muscles and keeping them balanced.
