About Andrea
I'm a business manager specializing in human talent. I started practicing yoga about 13 years ago and fell in love with it. I decided to listen to my heart and become certified as a yoga and meditation teacher, and now I want to share all the benefits of this discipline with you.

In this space, you'll learn to breathe, connect with your body, get to know yourself better, and listen to your mind and heart. I fell in love with yoga and now I want to share this wonderful, life-changing practice with others.
Each class will be guided step by step, starting with a meditation accompanied by breathing exercises, continuing with asanas (postures) and ending with relaxation using aromatherapy.
You will come back to yourself after each practice!
