About Ioana
I started my yoga practice 10 years ago and I have 20 years of experience with movement (yoga, rhythmic gymnastics, sports, dance). I use yoga, movement, music, and meditation on a daily basis to manage my emotions and form new patterns that help me live more fulfilled and connected with everyone. I would like to share this with you.
With a degree in psychology, I have worked with children with special needs through dance. I have also overcome various personal traumas through somatic practice and breathing. So, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge about the body’s intricacies, about creativity, and emotions.
