About Ioana
I started my yoga practice 10 years ago and I have 20 years of experience with movement (yoga, rhythmic gymnastics, sports, dance). I use yoga, movement, music, and meditation on a daily basis to manage my emotions and form new patterns that help me live more fulfilled and connected with everyone. I would like to share this with you.
With a degree in psychology, I have worked with children with special needs through dance. I have also overcome various personal traumas through somatic practice and breathing. So, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge about the body’s intricacies, about creativity, and emotions.

I teach those who are willing to explore the ability of their body and mind in order to live a happy and abundant life.
Have you heard or asked your yoga teacher if your posture is fine like this? When my students ask me that, I guide them to find the answer in their body. Is it ok for your body?
I like to know you and understand what you are looking for in yoga, and from there, we form a class or a series of classes to achieve what you want. Message me, and we will see if we can work together.

I absolutely enjoy Ioana’s yoga classes. She is very professional. I can recommend it and looking forward to the next classes.
