About Javiera
My first approach to yoga was about 10 years ago, when I was studying at college very stressed and lost in life. So I started practicing yoga regularly and after a few years I realized this discipline and way of life helped me a lot to face and live my life with more clarity, humility and harmony. That's when I decided I wanted to share that beautiful path with everyone else willing to receive my spiritual service. In 2018, I studied Integral Yoga in Santiago de Chile for a complete year, on an intensive teacher training of 500 hour. After that, in 2019 I started teaching yoga right away and since then I've been sharing the wonderful path of yoga with many souls sporadically.

My main focus is to deliver a gentle and relaxing mind, body and soul yoga experience (connecting movement and breathing) to my students. I always adapt my classes to my students's requirements or abilities.
To give you an idea, this is my yoga class structure (remember this is adaptable and could change):
- first 5 min: Connection with the present moment, deep relaxation and meditation.
- next 15 min: Joints and muscles warm up, simple asanas (postures)
- next 25 min: A sequence of asanas
- next 5 min: Pranayama practice
- last 10 min: Deep relaxation and meditation in Savasana.
The end :) all your tensions are gone now and you may feel like you are floating.
