About Antonia
I am a trained Phlebotomist and have worked in the field for three years. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and have been passionately teaching and sharing yoga for two years. I have travelled the world learning and sharing my knowledge and have recently returned back from a journey to India where I pursued deeper learning of all various yogic practices.

My teaching method is based around bringing people out of their thought intrusive minds, into their bodies and the present moment. I am dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their Physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. I am also extremely passionate about health in general and my classes are based around strengthening, mobility and dynamic exercises. I too value the philosophies that come with the practice and work to create a balanced yoga class stationed around the eight limbs, promoting these philosophies on and off the matt.
