About Saransh
Hello everyone, I am a yoga teacher and an instructor. Learning and practicing yoga since 2018. Graduated and certified from sivananada vedanta yoga center. Taught as an yoga assistant as well as a yoga teacher in 2019 to 2020 March respectively. I teach couple sessions, in person classes and kids yoga.

I am purely a hatha yoga teacher. I teach yoga to all types of body and makes you fight against all types of diseases. I make small sequence too for the busy people and also I help in connecting you to your mental physical and spiritual well being through my different ways of teaching like meditation yoga chanting yoga and more. I have class timing starting from 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1hour,
1hour and 30 minutes and a 2 hour classs. One on one and group class is a way to live life happier and peaceful
