I live on a sailboat and teach yoga where I am. I bring the ocean, calm and mental understanding to you where you are. Through movement, meditation and breathing techniques, I challenge you mentally and physically, to help you get where you want to go.

We tailor a class or a course just for YOU, where you are, where you can focus on finding your mental and physical peace and strength. I am used to holding small courses, and have lived on a sailboat for a long time where I am constantly challenged to find and give myself room to perceive life in a way that gives me energy and zest for life. No matter where you are in life and what challenges you face, I know we can find a way to work together so you can achieve what you want. All ages welcome, alone or in groups.
