About Elora
I started my Yoga practice in Paris, with a Hatha-Vinyasa teacher who was strongly influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, and who remains the one that inspired me to become the teacher I am today. Under her guidance, I acquired a solid understanding of the asanas and learned how to harness the pranic energy of the breathing to support not only my practice of the postures, but also my overall well-being. Having built strong bases, I went on towards more challenging Yoga styles; I visited a Bikram studio daily for a few years, and dipped into Ashtanga, while practicing and teaching Vinyasa Flows in both hot and regular studios. These practices infused me with a desire to become stronger, and I started strength training through weight-lifting and calisthenics. Now working as both a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, I teach weekly classes that focus on exploring biomechanics and breathing awareness through proper alignements and hands-on adjustments, mobility and strength drills, and controlled movement patterns.

I base my classes on the Vinyasa style of Yoga, creating energizing flows where we move from one posture to another within a sequence of Sun Salutations. My classes can be challenging at times, but always inclusive and respectful of my students abilities. I have taught in several countries, having encounters many students of various levels of practice that helped me grow as a teacher. I now aim to make Yoga accessible to everyone and to provide you with support and assistance along your own journey through this wonderful practice!
