Whatever I learn from this yoga which I realized, I would like to share with others. People who are living in a stressful life are not aware of themselves. Even they are not aware of breathing also. With breathing techniques, I use to give the asanas and meditation.

First I will make them comfortable with me. Asking abt their mental and physical problems. According to that I'll teach them for their confortness.
Starting with prayer, warm-up for each joints and eye and neck exercise make them flexibility then Surya namaskar and asanas, Amrutasana and breathing techniques. I use to give trataka meditation.
I can do to engage the students at the classroom. Easy way to teach asanas.
I can take chair asanas for elders, For stressful people I use to give Chakra meditation and asanas

Perfect for beginners who want to learn about the Yoga practice and may be too shy to go to an actual class. If you any hesitance about starting yoga, she is great to start with. She is a gentle professional. Her attention to detail during the session is unmatched. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice.
