About Alice
‘The aim of yoga is not touching the floor. The aim is listening to your body and respecting it as it is’. This is the message that my teacher told me in one of the sessions during the course, and always is my root, my anchor, whenever I practice. AND, of course, it will be the root theme of all my classes. 200hrs Hatha Yoga TTC and 300hrs Traditional Ancient Yoga.

This course is designed for YOU!! A 12-session course is available to practice Hatha Yoga based on these 5 elements: Asana Pranayama Awareness Mantra Relaxation Duration: 12 sessions in total. Each session lasts 75 minutes.
