About Bliss
Having practiced yoga nearly four decades and teaching for over 20 years, I pull from a deep well of yogic philosophy and physical expertise. I have trained in numerous styles of Hatha yoga, including Yin Yoga, Ananda Yoga, Svaroopa Yoga, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. Understanding the mind/body/spirit connection is the basic premise from which I work. I believe finding balance is imperative to living a healthy life. I am the founder of ChantDance, an empowered musical experience for yoga practice, and the author of Empowering Your Life with Yoga (Alpha), among other wellness media.

After forty years of practicing yoga, my life IS my practice. As your instructor, I offer focused care and attention on foundation, posture, and breath. Not only will you learn how to perform a yogic posture, you will understand how each posture affects your wellbeing.
Classes are great for beginners as well as those wishing to take their practice to a deeper level.
Whether you wish to restore, find balance and endurance, or strengthen your practice, I can help!

Hello, I am Rev. Donna Michael from Nashville, TN. I have known Bliss for over 20 years in our respective professional fields and I have worked with her to create and facilitate numerous workshops and retreats. Her teaching style is gracious, highly skilled and competent, considerate, compassionate, mindful, creative, and resourceful. I would highly recommend her as an instructor and facilitator because I have seen her sharing her extensive knowledge in many capacities and settings. She always offers her best so that her students feel supported and guided to achieve success.
