About Abbey
I have danced for most of my life, but after a serious injury in 2020, I turned to yoga to find healing physically, and found it spiritually and mentally! I have high standards for myself, and the people I associate with, for honesty, respect, kindness, and to come with a can do attitude. I will always meet you where you are at!

This is a safe place! Ultimately, we are on a team together! I like to first asses the level in which you practice yoga, any specific injuries or physical variables, and from there I can cultivate a curriculum that I think would be most beneficial for you to build strength, improve flexibility, and connect to body, mind, and spirit!
