About Maéna
I discovered yoga in my dancing practice. I have been practicing it regularly for several years. I am trained in 200YTT by 1000yoga Academy Yoga Teacher of Indiranga from Banglore India, certified Yoga Alliance in the premises of SEAD (salzburg experimental academy of dance) in Austria.
I like to share and exchange. I see yoga as a wonderful way to relax, move and take time for yourself.
I am also a dance teacher and am used to work with children. I would love to give them class, alone or for a parent / child course.

Several types of lessons are possible, depending on your desires and your practice. I give classes for all levels and all yoga practice. It is possible to compose the class together. I also give lessons for children, from 6/7 years old. I teach Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. I can also offer Yoga Nidra sessions (guided meditation). The sessions generally consist of a warm-up, a sequence of asana / postures and end with a moment of relaxation in shavasana.
