About Miya
Hi! I’m Miya and I can't wait to practice yoga with you!
I've been teaching yoga since 2011 and am passionate about making yoga accessible for all.
I started practising yoga as a teen in High School and have had an ongoing love affair with it ever since. I wholeheartedly believe that yoga should be accessible to absolutely everyone, no matter your size, shape, age, gender, fitness level or history of illness/injury.
