About Roger
Over the years, I've dealt with personal stress and anxiety from many sources (job, divorce, parenting, for example), and have also helped various people to navigate difficult times in their own lives. I'm not a trained professional or a guru, but I do speak and listen with empathy based on personal experience.

Lessons are online, and after we have identified your causes of stress and how they are affecting you, we look at ways of managing or dealing with both interior and exterior stress patterns.
Stress can come from anywhere so we'll work out a plan to put into action to get results that work or you personally. But first we'll learn how to bodily relax in under 60 seconds, and eventually we'll learn how to develop that into meditation for inner calm.
These lessons/sessions are about you, and teaching you how to cope with what life is throwing at you.
We'll be using techniques I've either developed, learned or discovered over the course of years of coping with personal situations, life's curveballs and near burnout. It's not just theory from a book, it's also applied knowledge gained from personal experience. (But being a qualified hypnotherapist is useful too)
