About Buse
I played professional basketball between 2011-2016, and then I completed my training and started my coaching life with Fitness. After completing the necessary documents and training, I developed myself in this field and met Crossfit in 2018. I have been a Crossfit Trainer in affiliate boxes and I still attend private and group classes.

The lessons last between 50-60 minutes in total and follow a tempo according to the development of the person from the beginner level. The aim is to provide maximum fat burning in a short time and to make it permanent. It is regulated based on previous surgery or any pain, if any.
