About Bozhidar
I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with experience coaching people from different backgrounds, fitness levels and ages.
I got into personal training because I genuinely enjoy helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident. I know that starting the gym can feel intimidating, so I always try to make my sessions clear, supportive and easy to follow.
I’ve coached more than 10 clients and helped people improve their strength, fitness and body composition. I also have a background in swimming teaching and competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has taught me a lot about discipline, consistency and working with different personalities.
My goal is simple: help you make real progress without making training feel complicated.

About My Lessons
I help people build strength, improve their body composition and feel more confident in the gym.
My sessions are tailored to the individual, so whether you're a complete beginner or already training regularly, I'll adjust the programme to your level and goals.
The main areas I focus on are strength, muscle building, fat loss, mindset and simple nutrition habits that you can actually stick to.
I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and I’ve coached clients from different backgrounds and ability levels. My aim is to make training challenging, but also enjoyable and easy to understand.
Sessions are 1 hour long and are suitable for anyone from around 15 years old upwards.
