About Lisa
I am a graphic designer, I create logos, flyers and other communication documents for various companies. I went to London for a few days and since a very young age, I am passionate about English and various foreign languages. I have already taught family members and learned to interact with native Americans, listening from basic to deep conversations. Also watching American TV series with English subtitles. I want to be able to share what I know about French culture and it's language, to make people autonomous in French and perhaps even bilingual.

My method to teach, would be above all to understand the logic of grammar, to understand the basics of language, its construction, and then to go into more concrete lessons, according to the needs of the person. I would use a lot of concrete cases, helpful for the person, visual aids and audio recordings so that the person gets accustomed to the accent, understand and transcribe in writing or orally what she understood, without putting pressure on them. Being used to chatting with native people, I can teach the accent to someone who wants to talk in a more natural way and I will show a lot of empathy, myself having had to learn english to get there. I am very understanding and very patient and I think that learning a language must be done in detente, while having fun and not under the constraint which prevents to really learn. I would eventually give things to do, like trying to watch him/herself's favorite French series and subtitled in English and then in French, or other useful things.
