About Duncan
I am an energetic 24 year old Physics teacher from Aberdeen. I have a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and I am also completing my Masters in Education to go one level above the PGDE required for teaching. My students say that I have a good way of explaining things to them and my easy going personality and high expectations helps to calm and motivate them for their exams.

I like to make things easy and real. It is important that my students understand why they are having to learn the material and how it is useful in real life. But at the same time you are preparing for an exam and that is what I will prepare you for. I like to give examples of everyday experiments that you can do at home to help understand the content being taught.

Details
I recommend either one or two hour lessons, however I am willing to do longer lessons if the student and parent/carer wishes me to do so. There is no fee for cancellation. One hour costs £35, however for a block of five or ten hours the hourly rate decreases to £30 and £25 respectively. Payment to be made at the end of each lesson. Please contact me if you have any questions or wish to organise a payment and lesson schedule.
