About Alyssa
I am a former Junior Olympic gymnast for ten years and five years of coaching recreational and team gymnastics! I care about my students and want to make them feel confident whether they are competing or at practice.
I also began weightlifting to improve my overall health and trained others to achieve their goals.

My lessons consist of one-on-one or semi-group training, based on your preference! I offer gymnastics classes from walking age to 13 years old, where I emphasize the basics and help strengthen weaknesses/ insecurities. I prioritize on the foundation, technical skills, and conditioning which improves overall performance.
I also offer conditioning and personal training, specifically weight lifting. This will help with weight loss, building muscle, and increasing endurance. If you are also interested in nutritional health, I will assist in body recomposition, weight loss, and improving your health. This will consist of a program and real-life meetings to go over questions.
